Ideal para comerlo con mermelada de frutas ( a mi me encantan los berries) un poco de mantequilla y un sirope.
One of the delicious breakfasts eaten in Japan, usually in cafés, is this pancake. It’s very soft and fluffy, easy to make, but you do need a pan or a flat surface to cook it because it loses air very quickly once it’s done.
It’s ideal to enjoy with fruit jam (I love berry ones), a bit of butter, and some syrup.
Ingredientes/ Ingredients.
- 2 huevos /2 Eggs.
- 30 ml de leche/ 30 ml milk.
- 3 cdas harina/ 2 tbs Flour.
- 1/2 cdta de Polvo de hornear/ 1/2 tbsp Baking powder.
- 2 cdas azúcar/ 2 cdas Caster Sugar.
- 2 gotitas Vainilla/ 2 drops Vanilla.
Preparación.
In one bowl, mix the egg yolks with the milk and vanilla. Add the flour and baking powder and mix; the mixture should be slightly sticky and elastic.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar — they shouldn’t be whipped to stiff peaks.
